Denis Tuttle Architecture, an RIBA Chartered Practice, was established in 1993.

Since then the practice has gained wide experience working with existing buildings and in new build projects, specialising in conservation and heritage projects.  The practice is managed by Denis Tuttle, who qualified as an architect in 1982.  Denis Tuttle is accredited in building conservation (category A) with the AABC (Architects Accredited in Building Conservation) and is inspecting architect to over 30 parish churches, most of which are listed grade I and II*.

The practice is involved with a broad range of historic buildings including scheduled monuments and ecclesiastical buildings, which encompass the medieval period to 20th century structures. Much of the practice’s new build work involves the integration of new buildings within an historic context.

Projects range from small scale church repairs to grant aided schemes involving major repairs and alterations funded by Historic England and the Heritage Lottery Fund.
